Unlike a personalized badge, which is ordered from a pre-designed template, you will get in touch with our design team to personally design the badge you want. We will consult on designs, shapes, possibilities, finishes, metal types, attachments, fonts, placement, crests, and more.

Fully designed custom badges give you that personal touch that perfectly represents your department without compromise. Custom badge orders, also known as concept designs, are offered for departments of 50 or more orders. The overall delivery time expected for a fully designed custom badge is about 3 to 6 months, starting from the date of consultation and including the design, approval, working, and confirmation process through to creation, manufacturing, final approval, and shipping.

Concept badge orders are popular for including city skylines, core department or organization values, notable anniversaries or achievements, landmarks, historic buildings, meaningful symbols or mottos, and more. Can a Custom Badge Order Be Rushed?

If you need a rush order on your custom badge, you can email our customer service team with your design idea(s) and preferred delivery date and we will let you know what is possible. Rush orders will incur a higher cost than traditional custom badge orders. We will work with you however possible to make your custom badge order happen.
